Yes! We offer a non-toxic product option at no extra cost. Please let us know your product preferences, if you have any, and we will do our best to meet your needs! 

 

​What does a Maintenance Cleaning include? 

Our maintenance cleaning service is designed to keep your home tidy, and hygienic. It covers all the essential tasks needed to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Here’s what’s typically included: 

 

General

  • Dusting of all surfaces (furniture, shelves, decor, ceiling fans, etc.) 

  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs 

  • Vacuuming and mopping hard floors 

  • Wiping down doors, doorframes, and light switches 

  • Emptying trash bins and replacing liners 

  • Polishing mirrors

 

Living Rooms & Bedrooms 

  • Dusting and wiping furniture 

  • Tidying pillows, blankets, and decor 

  • Vacuuming under furniture (where accessible) 

  • Change of sheets: If you leave fresh folded sheets out us we will make your bed fresh.

 

Kitchen 

  • Wiping down & polish countertops and backsplash 

  • Clean & polish stovetop and exterior of appliances (microwave, fridge, oven) 

  • Clean & polish the sink and faucet 

  • Wiping cabinet exteriors and handles 

  • Taking out trash and replacing with fresh liners 

 

Bathrooms 

  • Scrubbing toilets, tubs, showers, and sinks 

  • Clean & polish mirrors and glass 

  • Wiping down countertops and fixtures 

  • Disinfecting high-touch areas 

  • Emptying bathroom trash bins 

What's included in a Deep Cleaning service? 

Our Deep Cleaning service is a more thorough version of our Maintenance Cleaning and is ideal for homes that need extra attention —  whether it’s after a long season, before a special event, or just because it’s been a while. 

Deep Cleaning includes everything in our Maintenance Cleaning, plus: 

  • Detailed dusting in hard-to-reach areas (vents, ceiling fans etc.) 

  • Wipe down all baseboards

  • Scrub spills and smudges on cabinet doors

  • Clean under and around furniture and knick-knacks

  • Spot cleaning walls (light marks and smudges) 

Do you provide Move-in & Move-out Cleanings? 

For all Move-out & Move-in Cleanings, just before you move-in or out, we can really get a deep clean inside cabinets, refrigerator, baseboards & oven. Every inch of your home will get extra attention. We will leave your home feeling brand new. 

 

Can I customize the cleaning service for my needs? 

Absolutely — whatever you need, we got you! 

At Beachside Cleaning Crew, we understand that every space and every client is different. Whether you need us to focus on certain rooms or use specific products, we're happy to tailor our service to fit your needs.

Are your cleaners trained and background-checked? 

Yes, they are! Your trust and safety are incredibly important to us. 

All members of the Beachside Cleaning Crew are carefully vetted, which includes: 

  • Background checks 

  • Professional reference checks 

  • In-depth training on our cleaning standards, eco-friendly product use, and proper handling of personal property 

Our team is made up of reliable, respectful professionals who take pride in their  work. We make sure every cleaner represents the quality, care, and attention to  detail that our clients expect. 

 

Do I need to be home during the cleaning? 

Nope — it’s totally up to you! 

Many of our clients choose to provide access while they're away, whether through a key, lockbox or smart lock. Others prefer to be home during the cleaning. Either way works for us! 

If you won’t be home, just let us know how to access the property securely & lock up — and rest assured, our team will treat your space with the utmost care and respect. 

 

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment? 

Yes, we provide almost* everything needed to clean your home.

  • If you would like us to use any of your products or equipment just let us know! 

    • *We ask that you provide a toilet bowl brush for every toilet for sanitary purposes.  

  • You can choose between our standard cleaning products or eco-friendly products at no charge to you!

  • If you would like us to use something specific outside of our product list, please let us know & leave it out for us.

How do I book a cleaning appointment? 

Booking with Beachside Cleaning Crew is simple and flexible! 

Just call or text us directly @ 727-755-1641 to schedule 

 

When booking, we’ll ask for a few details about your space — such as the square footage, type of cleaning needed, availability and any special requests. 

Do you offer recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)? 

Yes, we do! We offer flexible recurring cleaning options to fit your schedule and lifestyle, including: 

  • Weekly 

  • Bi-weekly (every two weeks) 

  • Monthly 

  • Custom intervals (just let us know what works for you) 

Recurring services are perfect for staying on top of messes and keeping your home clean without the hassle of rebooking each time. Recurring clients enjoy priority scheduling and are be eligible for discounted rates! 

  • Weekly clients are guaranteed same day/time of the week 

  • Bi-weekly clients can be scheduled same day every two weeks (times may vary)

  • Monthly clients will be scheduled on a four week rotation (day & time may vary)

  • Specific requests can be made up to two weeks in advance 

 

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy? 

We totally understand that unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we just ask for a heads-up at least 48 hours in advance. 

Cancellation Policy 

  • 48+ hours in advance: No fee — we’ll simply reschedule or cancel as needed. 

  • Day before cleaning: A 50% cancellation fee will apply. 

  • Same day cancellation: The full service fee (100%) will be charged, as we won’t have time to fill that spot. This includes if we cannot access the property/ get ahold of you for entry. 

 

Can I request the same cleaner for every visit? 

Yes, We know how important it is to build trust and consistency, especially when it comes to someone working in your space. If you have a preferred cleaner or team member, we’ll do our best to schedule them for your recurring appointments. While we can’t always guarantee availability due to vacations, illness, or scheduling conflicts, we’ll always communicate with you and do our best to keep things consistent. 

 

How far in advance should I book a cleaning? 

We recommend booking your cleaning 2 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons. This helps ensure we can reserve your preferred date and time. 

That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible — so if you're in a pinch, just reach out and we'll see what we can do! 

What areas or neighborhoods do you serve? 

We proudly serve Pinellas County , including: 

  • St. Petersburg 

  • St. Pete Beach 

  • Gulfport 

  • Redington Beach 

  • Madeira Beach 

  • Seminole 

  • Indian Rocks Beach 

  • And nearby areas!

What times can I schedule a cleaning? 

-We schedule Monday –Friday in three time slot options; 

-Morning:  start time 8am-10am 

-Mid Day: start time: 11am-1pm 

- Afternoon: start time 2pm-4pm 

Whether you need an early morning clean, an evening refresh, just let us know your preferred time — we’ll do everything we can to make it work. 

 

💰 Pricing & Payments 

How much do your cleaning services cost? 

Our pricing is primarily based on the square footage of your property and the type of cleaning you need. 

We typically charge 10 cents per square foot for a Maintenance Clean but the total cost can vary depending on factors like: 

  • Level of cleaning (Maintenance vs. Deep Clean) 

  • Special requests or additional services 

For an accurate estimate, we’re happy to provide a free quote tailored specifically to your space and needs. 

 

Do you offer free estimates or quotes? 

Yes, we do! We can provide a quote quickly over the phone based on the  details you share. 

If you prefer, we’re also happy to schedule a free, no-obligation visit to see your space in person. This helps us give you the most accurate estimate possible. 

 

Are there any extra fees for special requests (e.g., inside fridge, oven, windows)? 

Yes, there may be additional fees for special requests beyond our standard or deep cleaning services, such as cleaning inside appliances (fridge, oven), windows, or other detailed tasks. 

We’ll always let you know about any extra charges upfront so there are no  surprises. 

 

Do you charge per hour or per job? 

We typically charge per job, especially for recurring cleanings, so you know exactly what to expect each time. 

For one-time jobs, construction cleanups, or deep cleans with many variables, we may opt to charge by the hour — but only with your approval upfront. 

That said, we always work efficiently and swiftly to ensure you get the best possible price without compromising quality. 

 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept credit card payments for your convenience and security. 

To reserve your initial cleaning, we will need a card on file. Your payment will be processed on the day of your cleaning, and an invoice will be emailed to you. 

 

Do you offer referrals? 

Yes, we do! A referral is the best compliment we can get. 

We value your referrals — you’ll get $25 off your next cleaning for every client you refer to us who books a service. 

 

 

Is tipping required or expected? 

We don’t require tips, but they’re always appreciated! 

If you choose to tip, rest assured that all tips are split evenly among the cleaners assigned to your job. If you leave a tip via credit card, we’ll also let the cleaners know who generously tipped them.

What happens if something gets damaged during a cleaning? 

Our cleaners are trained to notify you immediately if anything in your home is damaged during the cleaning. If you notice something that we dont, please let us know as soon as possible. We will: 

  • Investigate the issue promptly 

  • Work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include repair or replacement, depending on the situation 

We believe in clear communication to address any issues quickly and ensure your  satisfaction. 

Are you insured? 

Yes, we are fully insured. 

This means you can have peace of mind knowing that both your property and our team are protected. Our insurance covers accidental damage or injury that could occur during a cleaning. 

 

What should I do to prepare my home before your team arrives? 

 

You don’t need to do much — that’s what we’re here for! But to help us clean efficiently and thoroughly, here are a few things you can do before we arrive: 

 

  • Tidy up personal items (clothes, toys, paperwork) so surfaces are easy to access 

  • Secure pets if needed, especially if they’re not used to strangers 

  • Leave entry instructions in advance if you won’t be home (door code, key location, etc.) 

  • Let us know about any special requests or areas to focus on 

  • Leave fresh sheets out if you would like them changed 

  • If you have special products you’d like us to use, please leave them out. 

  • Ensure each toilet has a toilet brush.  

 

Do you offer pet-friendly cleaning services? 

Yes, we do! We love pets. If you have pets at home, just let us know — we’ll take any necessary precautions to ensure their safety and comfort during the cleaning.
